Who won NASCAR Truck Series Charlotte race? Winner is Layne Riggs, plus full results

Layne Riggs won the shortened North Carolina Education Lottery 200NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race on May 24 at Charlotte Motor Speedway.

Riggs won after 110 of the prescribed 134-lap race distance. NASCAR officials gave the race a stopping point of 12 p.m. Eastern on May 24.

The race was postponed three times, finally running the morning of the Coca-Cola 600.

Riggs held off Kaden Honeycutt on what ended up being the final restart before a Chandler Smith crash brought out the caution. 11 cautions were thrown over the 110 laps.

The victory was Riggs’ second of the season.
