The Minnesota Timberwolves are on the road on Monday night as they travel to take on the San Antonio Spurs in Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals.
For the Timberwolves, they enter Monday’s contest coming off a victory over the Denver Nuggets in Game 6 of their first-round series on Thursday night behind big games from Jaden McDaniels and Terrence Shannon Jr.
Now Minnesota will try to steal Game 1 on the road over the Spurs on Monday to take a 1-0 series lead.
While the Timberwolves are looking to pick up a victory in Game 1 of the Western Conference semifinals on Monday night, they may be without multiple key players, including one of their stars, due to injuries.
Timberwolves list Anthony Edwards, Ayo Dosunmu as questionable for Game 1
For the Timberwolves, they have three players listed on their injury report for Monday’s game, including both Anthony Edwards and Ayo Dosunmu.
Minnesota has listed Edwards as questionable due to a bone bruise in his left knee and while he was originally expected to miss multiple weeks with the injury, there is a chance he could return for Game 1.

If Edwards remains sidelined on Monday, Bones Hyland and Mike Conley could both continue to have increased roles.
The Timberwolves have also listed Dosunmu as questionable due to right calf soreness and he is in danger of missing his second straight game while Donte DiVincenzo has been ruled out as he will miss the remainder of the season with a torn Achilles.
