The first round of the 2026 NFL Draft is in the books, and as expected, the Las Vegas Raiders took Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza with the No. 1 overall pick. But there were some surprises, including Carnell Tate going to the Tennessee Titans at No. 4. Tate was just one of four Buckeyes to go in the top 11 picks, with the defensive trio of Arvell Reese (Giants at No. 5), Sonny Styles (Commanders at No. 7) and Caleb Downs (Cowboys at No. 11) also getting drafted.
Rounds 2 and 3 begin at 7 p.m. ET on Friday.
