Green Bay Preble 2, Sussex Hamilton 0
GREEN BAY – Tenley Kuehn shut down the Chargers on three hits and one walk while striking out eight as the Hornets hung on for the nonconference victory in a battle of undefeated teams.
Preble scored its two runs in the fourth inning.
Maya Darmawan led the Hornets with a triple, while Kuehn and Hannah Von Haden had Preble’s other hits.
Bitsy Palicka pitched the complete game for Hamilton, striking out 12 batters.
De Pere 18, Menasha 2
MENASHA – The Redbirds used the big inning to cruise past the Bluejays in nonconference action.
De Pere scored five runs in the first inning, four in the second and nine in the fourth.
Menasha scored its two runs in the bottom of the first.
Allie Frederiksen was 3-for-3 with a homer and six RBIs, while Jaelyn Craig was 2-for-3 with two homers and four RBIs for the Redbirds. Also powering the De Pere offense were Micah Zirbel and Bella Robinett with three hits, including a double, while Payton Spaeth, Nataleigh Piper and Emma Baugnet had two hits each.
Denmark 11, Ashwaubenon 1
DENMARK – The Vikings scored three runs in the second inning, two in the third, two in the fourth and four in the fifth en route to the nonconference win.
The Jaguars scored their run in the top of the fourth.
Emma Kozloski had Ashwaubenon’s lone RBI.
Seymour 6, Bonduel 0
BONDUEL – The Thunder scored two runs in the third and one in the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh innings to cruise to the nonconference win.
Kendra Rettler picked up the win in the circle, pitching seven innings, allowing three hits and one walk while striking out eight.
Adde Smith homered twice, while Aryah Krahn was 2-for-3 with a homer and Rettler drove in two runs.
Wrightstown 13, Howards Grove 3
WRIGHTSTOWN – Wrightstown took advantage of six walks and two errors as it cruised past Howards Grove in nonconference play.
After Howards Grove scored one in the top of the first, Wrightstown answered with four in the first, six in the second and three in the third. Howards Grove scored two in the fifth to close out the scoring.
Morgan McKewin, Charlie Bowker, Lola Beyer and Molly Ruebl had two hits each for Wrightstown.
Shawano 6, Antigo 1
SHAWANO – Riley Krueger had the hot bat, going 3-for-3 with two RBIs as the Hawks downed the Red Robins in nonconference play.
Shawano took charge with five in the fourth inning before both teams plated a run in the fifth.
Amiyah O’Kimosh, Ayanna O’Kimosh and Kadence Meyers added doubles for the Hawks.
Meyers picked up the win, pitching five innings and allowing one hit, one earned run and two walks with five strikeouts. Lily Bubolz pitched two innings, walking one and striking out five.
Evie Lucht had Antigo’s only hit.
Pembine/Goodman 7, Niagara 1
PEMBINE – The Panthers took charge with one run in the second, two in the third and four in the fifth to earn the nonconference win.
The Badgers scored their only run in the top of the fifth.
Sienna Larock led Niagara with one hit and one RBI.
Crivitz 8, Valders 5
CRIVITZ – The Wolverines scored three runs in the sixth inning to break a 5-5 tie en route to the nonconference win.
Crivitz led 2-0 after two, but the game was tied at 3-3 after three. Both teams scored two runs in the fourth.
Taryn Tracy helped power the Wolverines, going 2-for-4 with a double, a home run and three RBIs. Also picking up two hits each were Kiya Brand, Hattie Frievalt, Kristen Pusick, Halli Dorschner and Izzy Wesoloski.
Tracy also earned the win in the circle, pitching 6⅔ innings, allowing nine hits, five runs (three earned) with five walks and six strikeouts.
Division 2 regional quarterfinals
Marinette 5, New London 4
NEW LONDON – The Marines scored the winning run in the top of the seventh to slip past the Bulldogs in WIAA regional quarterfinal action.
New London led 2-0 after one inning, but Marinette scored single runs in the second and third innings to tie it at 2-2. Both teams scored twice in the sixth, setting up the Marines’ heroics.
Ellie Winkelman led the Bulldogs with a double, while Laine Fiane added an RBI.
Winkelman took the loss in the circle, pitching seven innings and allowing nine hits, five runs (two earned) with three walks and 11 strikeouts.
Division 3 regional quarterfinals
Kiel 13, Sturgeon Bay 3
KIEL – The Raiders scored four runs in the third inning and seven in the fourth inning to rally from a 3-0 deficit in the regional quarterfinal win.
Jossie Schaefer had two hits and four RBIs for Kiel. Emma Neils had a double and three RBIs, and Eleanor Tillman also drove in three runs.
BASEBALL
Seymour 12, Green Bay East/West 2
GREEN BAY – The Thunder used eight hits, eight walks and eight Red Devils errors to score their runs in the Bay Conference win.
Nolan Beilfuss had two hits for Seymour. Carson Staffeldt had a triple and two RBIs.
Scott Sassman, Cayden Staffeldt and Jordan Thompson combined to hold Green Bay East to two hits.
Grant Shaurette took the loss for Green Bay East.
Luxemburg-Casco 7, Waupaca 1
LUXEMBURG – The Spartans took a 4-0 lead after two innings in their North Eastern Conference win over the Comets.
Noah Chervenka had two doubles for Luxemburg-Casco. Gavin Lax had two hits, including a double. Ethan Werner and Jacob Coisman also had two hits. Ethan Dachelet hit a triple.
Lax got the win for Luxemburg-Casco, pitching six innings and allowing one run on five hits and one walk while striking out eight. Eli Derenne pitched the seventh inning.
Max Dolski had two hits for Waupaca.
Marinette 11, Oconto Falls 9
MARINETTE – Levi Hanson had two hits, including a triple, and drove in three runs in the Marines’ win over the Panthers.
Sawyer Walters and Ryker Maye also had two hits for Marinette, which built a 4-0 lead after two innings.
Teagan Tate had three hits, including two doubles, scored twice and drove in three runs for Oconto Falls, which scored five runs in the third and four in the fifth to tie the game at 9. Trace Brehmer had two hits for Oconto Falls.
Marinette, which also scored five runs in the third inning, scored single runs in its half of the fifth and sixth innings to get the win.
Hanson pitched 4⅓ innings and allowed four unearned runs to get the win for Marinette.
Tate allowed nine runs (two earned) over 2⅔ innings and got the loss for Oconto Falls.
Little Chute 4, Denmark 1
LITTLE CHUTE – The Vikings scored one run in the third inning and then the Mustangs answered with four runs in their half of the inning en route to the win.
Little Chute held Denmark to two hits in the game, singles by Cade Delarwelle and Noah Thompson.
Jack Freitag started and took the loss for Denmark.
Wrightstown 3, Algoma 2
WRIGHTSTOWN – The Tigers took a 2-0 lead in the second inning and added a run in the sixth inning for a 3-1 lead in the nonconference win over the Wolves.
Michael Besel had two hits and an RBI for Wrightstown. Jacob Ver Haagh and Jake Buenning both had doubles and both drove in a run.
Jacob Massey and Jonah Dahms both had three hits for Algoma. One of Dahms’ hits was a triple.
Jacob Miller pitched six innings for Wrightstown and got the win. He allowed one run on nine hits and one walk while striking out four.
Charlie Prokash pitched a complete game for Algoma and took the loss. He allowed three runs (two earned) on five hits and three walks. He struck out seven.
Crivitz 5, Sturgeon Bay 0
CRIVITZ – The Wolverines scored three runs in the first inning and Colton Arpke pitched a one-hitter as Crivitz defeated the Clippers.
Arpke, who walked two and struck out five, allowed a double to Sturgeon Bay’s Ethan Kratcha in pitching Crivitz to the win.
JJ Brand and Jaxon Kroll both had two hits for Crivitz. Jackson Schramm drove in two runs. Brand’s hits were both doubles. Schramm also hit a double.
Elijah Van Eperen started and took the loss for Sturgeon Bay.
Sevastopol 5, Gillett 2
STURGEON BAY – The Pioneers scored two runs in the first inning and three in the second in their win over the Tigers.
Bo Tanck had three hits and scored two runs for Sevastopol. Andrew Wiesner had three RBIs. Connor Mueller and Hatcher Reetz both had doubles.
Logan Schuh pitched three innings and got the win for Sevastopol.
Coleman 12, Southern Door 0
COLEMAN – Gavin Pusick and Kollin Peters combined to pitch a five-inning two-hitter in the Cougars’ win over the Eagles.
Pusick started and allowed one hit and struck out four for Coleman. Peters allowed one hit and one walk and struck out one.
Pusick led Coleman with three hits, including a pair of doubles, and drove in four runs. Miles Lewis drove in three runs, scored three runs and had three hits. Wyatt Bieber had two hits and drove in a pair of runs. Chadd Gruber also had two hits.
Quintyn Schwartz took the loss for Southern Door.
Shiocton 18, Menominee Nation 4
SHIOCTON – The Chiefs, who had 11 hits, scored five runs in the first inning and nine in the second in their win over the Eagles.
Shiocton also took advantage of nine walks and four errors by Menominee Nation.
CJ Pyawasay had two hits, including a double, and two RBIs for Menominee Nation.
Bonduel 4, Amherst 3
BONDUEL – The Bears scored three runs in the fifth inning to rally for the win over the Falcons.
Michael Glodowski, who had a double, took the loss for Amherst.
GIRLS SOCCER
Ashwaubenon 0, De Pere 0
DE PERE – Ashwaubenon’s Sawyer Overly made 23 saves in net as the Jaguars and Redbirds played to a scoreless tie in Fox River Classic Conference action.
Ashwaubenon is 11-6-3 on the year, while De Pere is 11-2-3.
Bay Port 3, Manitowoc Lincoln 1
MANITOWOC – The Pirates finished off their Fox River Classic Conference slate with a 7-0-1 record with the win over the Ships.
Bay Port is now 11-3-1 overall.
Manitowoc finishes 2-4-2 and in eighth place in the Fox River Classic Conference and 10-8-3 overall.
Sheboygan North 4, West De Pere 0
DE PERE – Julia English scored three goals for the Golden Raiders in the win over the Phantoms.
Liz Stranberg had Sheboygan North’s other goal, while Haley Post had two assists and Anna Revelis had one assist.
Natalie English and Kendreta Hernandez split time in goal for Sheboygan North.
Luxemburg-Casco 8, Clintonville 0
CLINTONVILLE – Emi Kuhn scored three goals, including one in the first minute, while adding two assists to help power the Spartans past the Truckers in North Eastern Conference action.
Aaliyah Wallace added three goals and one assist, while Maggie Pravechek and Kilee Barbiaux added goals.
Registering assists for Luxemburg-Casco were Monroe Schaenhofer and Alana Mrotek.
Teagan Gunderson was in goal for the Spartans, but did not register a save.
Hannah Wester made 17 saves in net for Clintonville.
Freedom 5, Marinette 0
MARINETTE – Adria Ponschock had three goals to lead the Irish to the win over the Marines.
Ava Calhoon had a goal and three assists for Freedom. Brooklyn Meyer had one goal, while Ally Daul had one assist.
Sophia Johnson was in goal for the shutout for Freedom. She did not have any saves.
Menasha 1, Green Bay East 0
MENASHA – Mariana Miller scored the Bluejays’ only goal in the win over the Red Devils.
Madison Mulder have five saves in goal for Menasha.

Fox River Classic Conference Championship
GREENLEAF – The Redbirds had five players finish in the top nine players to secure the conference title.
The Redbirds finished with a score of 309, six shots better than Sheboygan North.
Brady Hayward of Pulaski was the individual medalist with a 75.
Palmer Anderson, Grant Lawton and Jonah Garot all shot 77 to lead De Pere.
